I was quite disappointed with the size of the hotel room. It was rather small. The toilet amenities were insufficient. There was only one toothbrush even though it was meant for 2 pax. No shower cap. No cotton buds. No combs. These are very basic toiletries. However, the staff was friendly. The receptionists were quite welcoming and polite. However,I was a little disappointed as even though the hotel was not running full house they do not allow guests to check even an hour earlier. Just too rigid. The staff by the name of Alin from the coffee was very pleasant and courteous. Always smiling when rendering service. The doormen were also very helpful. Would I stay again at this hotel? Unfortunately no. Thank you

Hotel is located close to the malls, just a mere 5 mins by cab. Surrounded by food court across the street, it’s a good place to relax away from the main bustling streets of Nagoya area the hotel is simple, a small pool and a simple breakfast, but the staffs make it for the rest as they were friendly, helpful and attentive! They are just wonderful. The beds and pillows are 5 star, very comfortable and cosy! Will go back again!
